Gerber Life eService was created to allow Gerber Life customers the ability to control almost all aspects of their policies wherever and whenever they choose. Enrolling online gives Gerber Life policy owners the ability to pay their premiums online, view all of their recent payments to Gerber Life, manage and modify their policies, receive discounts for Automatic Payments, and to view all recent policy transactions.
To speed your enrollment, have your paper bill, banking information, and an email address available. Enrollment will take just a few minutes. Once enrolled, you will be able to view a summary of your recent bills and pay any that are outstanding. You will also be able to view and make changes to your Gerber Life policies.
Immediately. Your User ID and password are active immediately following enrollment.
You can either add all of your policies when enrolling, or you can add them later. To add more once enrolled, click into the “Profile” tab, then click “Add Policies to this Account”. You can add as many policies as you would like.
Once enrolled, you can start making payments as soon as you have a bill due.
Yes, you will continue to receive a paper bill to the address listed on the policy. When you receive the paper bill, you can go online to pay it.
If you had signed up to use Gerber Life eBilling to pay your Gerber Life premiums, you will not have all of the features available to Gerber Life eService customers. These features will be made available soon, and Gerber Life will notify you at that time.
Any changes to your policy or payments submitted will be processed by evening of the following business day.
1. Click “Forgot Password”
2. Provide UserID (this may be your email address)
3. Open email from info@family.gerberlife.com
4. Click link to “Reset Password”
5. Create a new password with the following requirements:
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 lowercase letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character (i.e. !, #, $, etc.)
Special character cannot be first or last character
At least 12 characters long
Cannot contain UserID
